ExamSprint is operated by Saiven (proprietorship), an independent developer based in India.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You must provide accurate information.

3. Licence

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license.

• No misuse or illegal activity

5. AI Features and Content

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• Use AI responses for learning only
• You are responsible for verifying AI outputs
• You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated responses or app content.
• Avoid sharing sensitive data

6. Content Ownership

All content belongs to ExamSprint.

7. User Content

You are responsible for your submissions.

8. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features.

We are not obligated to maintain, update, or continue any specific feature, content, question bank, or service for any period of time.

9. Subscriptions

Handled via Google Play.

10. Termination

• We may suspend accounts for misuse
• We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately, with or without prior notice.

11. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is”.

ExamSprint does not guarantee any specific exam rank, score improvement, or selection outcome. Results depend on individual effort and external factors.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages.

This includes, without limitation, any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or reliance on AI-generated responses, educational content, explanations, or recommendations provided through ExamSprint.

13. Indemnity

You agree to protect us from claims.

14. Third-Party Services

We use external providers.

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.

15. Privacy

Your use of ExamSprint is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms.
